Shipping & Delivery

We send orders out via Royal Mail, items normally take 2-3 working days from dispatch date. Delivery within the UK is charged at a flat rate of £2.95, orders over £40 recieve free delivery.

Larger orders may be dispatched by a courier and require a signature on delivery.

At the moment we don't allow orders to be placed automatically through the website for shipping outside the UK. But don't worry we're working on it. If you wish to get an item shipped overseas then please contact us and we'll see what we can do.

Privacy & Security

If you are browsing this website, we do not capture data that indentifies you individually. As with any other website we keep a record of all  requests made and processed to help us maintain our server and website effieciency and effectiveness. These log records contain no personal data of any kind. If you choose to make contact with us and provide personally identifiable data, we may keep a record of this information so as to serve you in the most efficient way. We may disclose personal informationif we are required to do so by law or we in good faith believe that such action is necessary to - Protect and defend our rights and property or protect the personal safety or property of others.

Our site may contain links to other websites whose data protection and privacy practices may differ from ours. We are not responsible for the content or privacy of those websites. We reserve the right to amend the privacy policy from time to time, and amendments will be displayed with immediate effect.

Returns & Replacements

If you wish to return an item for any reason the please contact us at info@welovehoodies.co.uk. We will replace/refund any items which are deemed faulty. Please be aware that we cannot refund any items which have been personalised.

Any items returned that are not faulty and for refund will be subject to a 10% admininistration charge.

Any costs for non faulty items are the responsibility of the buyer.
Ordering

All orders are processed through the website. However if you are interested in bulk purchasing or have special requirements then please contact us.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

All payments are handled by SagePay, for your's and our security we do not hold record of any customers payment details. Any card payments will show as TGA Trading on your statement. All prices are quoted in UKP and inclusive. From time to time we may release discount codes and promotions, these are subject to terms and conditions and we reserve the right to withdraw any offer without prior notice.

Garment Printing / Personalisation

We Love Hoodies is primarily a plain hoodies store. However for additional cost we are able to print onto garments. If you require personlisation then please visit dotcolour.co.uk where you can design your personalised hoodie online and choose from a range of garments.
